Articles of Affiliation Among Military Allies and Britannia
Preamble:
The Preamble of this document relates directly to the actions of our united military endeavors dealing specifically with the Orc occupation of Yew lands. The Preamble will cease to be in effect at the end of that endeavor. All Military Allies agree that the campaign against the Orcs is in defense of Yew, and the reclamation of their lands and resources currently occupied by an invading orc army. The Military Alliance Members recognize the loyalist Campaign Commander as the Supreme Commander of this operation and will defer to his tactical command. The rest of this document applies to this, and any future support garnered from our Military Allies.
Article One
Any Military Alliance Member acknowledge the authority of the Government of Britannia and all Loyal Vassals as an extension of said Government. Our Military Allies recognize that the authority of the Government of Britannia supercedes all treaties, past or present, between any Military Allies and a Loyal Vassal of the Government of Britannia and relinquishes all claims to the government, propriety, and territorial rights of the same and every part thereof.
Article Two
That no agent or of our Military Allies, or of any of the Departments thereof, shall have any legally binding contract made, directly or indirectly, contingent or absolute, near or remote, or under negotiation, with the Government of Britannia, without explicit, express permission via the Governor-Regent. Nor shall any such agent or employee of our Military Allies collude with any person who may attempt to obtain any such contract for the purpose of enabling such person to obtain the same.
Article Three
In case it should so happen that any place or territory rightfully belonging to a Loyal Vassal of the Government of Britannia should have been conquered by arms and reclaimed in supportive defense or offense by our Military Allies, it is agreed that the same shall be restored to the Loyal Vassal without difficulty and without requiring any compensation.
Be it known that I, Aleph Aeirs, Lord Chamberlain of the Government of Britannia, under authority granted by the Governor-Regent, Dayel Stormcrow, and with full support of the Regency Government and her allies, have caused the said treaty to be made public, to the end that the same, and every clause and article thereof, may be observed and fulfilled with good faith by the governments of Britannia, the Kingdom of Stormhaven and the Moonglow Town Council, and the citizens thereof.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Britannian Government to be affixed.
