Hail and welcome to a book which will guide you to understanding more clearly.

First of all we follow the commandments of the Master, Oblivion.

Oblivion is the master of all that is alive and all that is dead.

Secondly comes the Ebon Skull, it is the hand of Oblivion made manifest.

The Lich Lords were all once mortal men, as far as I know at the very least.

A Lich Lord rules by means of Ancient Council.

The Ancient Council is a compilation of all of the most dedicated members of the cult. A utopia of followers whom are dedicated to both the cause and also to one another.

There is a process of which Oblivion tests you in effort to see if you are truly worthy.

You will be expected to attend the black masses which are held on Sunday evening.

Finally by joining the Order of the Ebon Skull you will be granted power.
