-No practicing chivalry without permission from the Lich Lord
-Only Oblivion may be worshipped. No worshipping false gods or life.
-No paladin weapons -Only members of the Order of the Ebon Skull, allies of the Order, and citizens of Umbra may freely perform rituals and ceremonies. Outsiders will require permission from the Lich Lord.
-Any followers of virtue are prohibited from having citizenship in Umbra.
-Virtuesworn in Umbra or its surrounding land must present themselves to a member of the Order and state their purpose for being on our land. They will be escorted by members of the Order unless deemed otherwise by the Lich Lord.
-Assault or murder of a citizen of Umbra, a member of the Order of the Ebon Skull, or an ally of the Order is a severe crime punishable as the Lich Lord sees fit. Members and allies are encouraged to offer themselves as sacrifices still, however should the sacrafice of a member or ally be suspicious, investigation shall be done.
-The enlightened need not harm the enlightened, such is counter-productive.
-Theft of or from a citizen, member of the Order of the Ebon Skull, or an ally of the Order is punishable by capture and public torture.
-Infiltrators and spies shall be punished with prolonged torture, their souls will be ripped from their body and stored to face eternal torment at the whims of necromancers, and their bodies will be impaled on spikes in front of Umbra.
-Treason, treachery, and conspiring against the Order of the Ebon Skull, allies, or citizens of Umbra is a severe crime facing up to the same punishment spies and infiltrators face- Prolonged torture, removal and capture of the soul, and impaling of the body.
-Minor offenders face a minimal punishment of torture and re-education.
-Defacing, defiling, or otherwise harming the Order's holy ground is a serious offense punishable as is deemed fit by the Lich Lord.
-Undermining the efforts of a member of the Order of the Ebon Skull, an ally of the Order, or a citizen shall be punished based on the degree of the offense.
-This includes destroying, damaging, setting fire to, or any use or alteration of property not authorized by the owner.
-Insulting Oblivion shall result in capture and re-education. Members of the Order of the Ebon Skull displaying a lack of faith shall be captured and re-educated.
-All shall be tried and punished under Umbran law. The native beliefs or practices of the offender are irrelevant.
