The Stormreaver clan will have uninhibited access to Umbra and may reside there without tributes. The Order gains the same benefits in Stormreaver lands.
Furthermore, the Order will take Stormreaver clan members to be trainees under the tutelage of the magi of the Order. They will be instructed in the art of the dead as seen fit.
