Early December 1997: Discussion was being made between Hero, Mufasa, Kermit and Servantes about organizing a City Council or a unified Guild alliance to deal with the various problems surrounding Trinsic. Many other guilds and organizations were also formed with this idea in mind.

Late December 1997: The guild Men-In-Blue, Heroes Guild, and other people (Servantes, Oberon, Gonzo, Lucas, Mufasa, and Kiri-Jolith were present and later became members of the Council) whom would later join with the Blacksmiths of Britannia engage a large group of murderers called the "Followers of Myrkul" near the Hidden Valley of the Mages. The murderers won and thus began the discussion of greater organization among the citizens of Trinsic.

Last week of December 1997: Upon hearing rumors that the guild known as "Army of Darkness" were organizing later in Dungeon Destard to raid Trinsic, the group then went ahead of the band of thugs to disrupt their entry within the Dungeon. After about 50 individual members of the Army of Darkness finally surrendered to gain entry within the Destard, the group celebrated in the Keg and Anchor. Further discussions of organizing a true government organization within Trinsic was held during the celebration.

First week of January 1998: Upon reading Arghan the Crusader's plea for the formation of Councils of Virtue, Servantes contacted Mufasa about the idea. Mirya, a popular merchant who sells her wares in the area of the Bank of Britain: Trinsic Branch was approached and considered joining as well. The three then communicated religiously daily about forming a Trinsic Council of Honor. It was then agreed upon that Bubba, a fellow whom was beginning to be popular around Trinsic for his honor and dedication to the virtues, be invited through the help of Gasper of UOVault. Bubba gladly accepted and the "Four Founders" then set forth to brainstorm daily about the Council bylaws.

Second week of January 1998: The Trinsic Council of Honor formally launches its website and a "Call to Arms" letter was sent by Servantes to several news sites. Among the ideas formulated was "The Honor Guards" which was to be both an organization of guilds and also of individuals who would wish to be just a member of the Honor Guards. The first guild to state their allegiance to the Honor Guards were the MenInBlue (MiB), Brothers of Honor (BoH), and the Crescent Knights (CK) thus forming the first Honor Guards. Bubba was appointed "Captain of the Guards."

Third week of January 1998: The roster of the TCoH went to 20 members. The First TCoH election was held and Servantes won as Minister, Mufasa Vice-Minister and Mirya as secretary with Kermit as Treasurer. Hartham, Captain of the Guards and Grand Paladin of Trinsic, was murdered. The Council immediately called for a meeting concerning the matter which somehow turned into a drinking party... blame the IGMs for it was suppose to be a Wake for Hartham and they messed the schedule and set it for the next day at the last minute. It therefore stands as the first TCoH Event.

Last week of January/Early February 1998: A real wake for Hartham was organized. Servantes made a speech, and Arghan the Crusader made his first appearance in Atlantic during the wake as well. The path leading to the Shrine of Honor through the Jungle was formally officially mandated by the Council as "Hartham's Path." It was the first official law passed by the Trinsic Council of Honor.

February 14, 1999: Tanis Felorian became a Councilor.

Mid February 1998: The problem with the West Gate has become out of hand. Councilors would be regularly called upon to fight outside. In the first few days, the Council got the upper hand. Servantes and Kermit lead the defense in the morning and afternoon; Bubba and Tanis in the late afternoon and evenings.

Late February 1998: The Council, together with the Trinsic Council of Honor Chesapeake (whom were our fans) tried to organize an event. Sadly, the date of the event was also the same with the giant Winternights Ball of UOVault thus was cancelled. The Winternights Ball was a huge success though, and it made the Nu'jelm sub server crash! Oh, Juo'nar also fled the city upon discovery that he had a connection with the murder of Hartham.

Early March 1998: Servantes met Crawworth, son of Hartham and new Captain of the Guards, by the West Gate. He immediately ordered the good Minister to check for the arrival of a Sage coming from Britain by foot. Upon hearing that CrawWorth was in the area, people latter swarmed him by the hundreds and thus he timed-out and dropped and the news that the Sage was coming was never relayed to CrawWorth. (Mysteriously, they were reported to have had a conversation in the Keg and Anchor in the news the next day.)
