Judgment
A member of Moonglow shall act accordingly to the best of their abilities. They shall not let rage, jealousy or ambition cloud their judgment. They shall stare into the face of adversity and retain all semblances of ration and reason. Only through strength of mind can one best show respect for Moonglow and ones self.
Loyalty
The core binding each member of Moonglow must maintain is one of loyalty, a loyalty which must be upheld at all times. Without loyalty, we cannot exist as a people, as a guild, or as a family. Loyalty is the thread that holds the garment together, without it; the garment would unravel into nothingness. Loyalty must remain in check at all times.
Respect
Respect stems from all of the following guidelines. Respect must become the food and drink of a member of Moonglow; they must live and breathe that philosophy. Respect will be given both ways, by the most elevated general down to the lowliest peasant. Most give respect when they feel it is earned; you must earn respect, by respect. Just as blood does not come from a stone, respect does not come from ignorance.
Devotion
Stemming from both loyalty and respect comes devotion, devotion to family, guild and self. All members of Moonglow must show devotion, albeit not fanatical devotion to the point of damaging ones independence. A member must balance themselves so that they can serve Moonglow to the best of their abilities, and not falter when it comes to aiding Moonglow, or their guild mates.
Trust
The greatest of all responsibilities assigned to a member is trust, trust in each others abilities and trust in themselves. Trust is another color of thread in the garment that, much like loyalty; will unwind into nothingness if not kept together at all times. Trust is placed in each member, in their ranks, in their responsibilities, and in them. That trust must be kept in all forms.
Truth
These guidelines can be interpreted in many ways, yet each comes to the same conclusion, the same end point. Follow these and Moonglow shall remain a bastion of brotherhood and loyalty, uncontested through the realms, binding us as one.
