Her first love, was Beowulf Thormear. He was a handsome warrior, from Moonglow, and wooed her by taking her places she never thought to see, caves in the wilds with wonderful crystals, picnics alongside rivers.
It was about this time Tatiana left the Brotherhood of the Hand and joined the United Blacksmiths of Britannia, UBB, a very old and revered guild. She remains in this guild to this day.
Not long after Tatiana and Beowulf started seeing one another, he proposed and they were married. It was a glorious time, he was so devoted, but perhaps a bit troubled. Tatiana conceived her first child with Beowulf. But when she was still pregnant, the orcs raided and took her prisoner. When in their hands, the local shaman cast a spell on her and her unborn child.
Grigori, named for her father, was born with the appearance of a drow, yet neither she nor Beowulf had elven blood.
Beowulf was also from Moonglow. She met the leader of Moonglow, Nazralte, who later became regent. She even nearly ruined his wedding.
The reception table had been set up with chairs and she could not bring herself to sit. Not long after this, Beowulf went to war and was believed dead. Tatiana grieved for him and carried on, raising her child alone.
He even sent a letter from the battlefield, granting her a divorce since he did not think he would be coming back from battle.
