Thrawn: ok, let's begin

Thrawn: thank you all for coming

Thrawn: to begin, Pyros has some sad news

Pyros: I heard last night

Pyros: that Urban Knight member DarkJustice passed away

Pyros: After losing a battle to cancer

Pyros: So I'd like to take a moment of silence

Pyros: *nods*

Pyros: thank you all

Thrawn: thank you

Pyros: thrawn you may continue

Thrawn: okay, now before we begin with our agenda

Thrawn: does anybody have any issues, suggestions, or concerns to bring up?

Mosala says I do

Thrawn: go ahead Mosala

Mosala says regarding the Yew stone... is it back to 100% now?

Thrawn: yes, it appears to be working fine

Mosala says ok thank you

Thrawn: I am sure some people still ned to be added back onto it

Thrawn: but the problems with it appear to be gone

Mosala says good

Thrawn: anything else?

Thrawn: very well then, I'll go over today's agenda

Thrawn: and begin

Thrawn: first we will discuss some new positions we are looking to fill

Thrawn: then we will mention a Spring Festival we hope to hold in the near future

Thrawn: after that, we will discuss the recent desecration of several shrines

Thrawn: and finally, I will discuss a new message board system we are moving to

Thrawn: so the first order of business is to fill some new positions within the Council

Thrawn: there can be a lot of work to do... and sometimes not enough people to do it all

Thrawn: we are looking for a few things at the moment

Thrawn: first, an Event Coordinator type

Thrawn: who would be responsible for planning and announcing public events

Joost shadow Xx says Isn't that supposed to be L:aeins job?

Pyros: No she is just the Minister of commerce

Pyros: and besides, she is away for the next few momths

Joost shadow Xx says Very well

Thrawn: I would like to see at least one major event run each month

Thrawn: creativity and organizational skills are rather important for this position

Thrawn: another position we are looking to fill is Town Historian

Thrawn: responsible for recording and archiving records of important events and people

Thrawn: applicants should possess good writing and organizational skills

Thrawn: as well as good grammaer and spelling

Thrawn: *grin*

Mosala says that leaves me out

Thrawn: and finally, we are looking to add some new staff to the Court of Justice

Thrawn: some additional judges, and some lawyers

Thrawn: in hopes that more trials and events of those type can be organized

Thrawn: having official prosecutor and defense attorneys for the court would help

Thrawn: if anybody is interested in any of these positions

Thrawn: any ideas and suggestions for the event will be most appreciated

Lord Rainbow King says Virtues are how we should act.. Shrines ... are just stones

Thrawn: indeed

Thrawn: but symbolically, if someone wants to distort the stones

Thrawn: it could be the beginning of their intentions to distort the virtues themselves

Lord Rainbow King says Then we should prevent that... but placing value in symbols have little meaning

Lord Rainbow King says in a state of mind that preaches a Virtues life

Lord Rainbow King says Placing value in Shrines seems like showing weakness in a plce you souldn't be

Lord Rainbow King says I hope you understood that last sentence

Thrawn: the Shrines are a symbol of the Virtues

Thrawn: although maybe you see them as just "stone" they still hold value to some

Lord Rainbow King says I feel actions should be a symbol of Virtue.. It's not wise to pay your respect to

Lord Rainbow King says a stone but act Unjust five minutes later

Kotare II: to desicrate the shrine, is to desicrate the virtue. the one responsible had that intention

Kotare II: if they were to attack the stone, they could have done it to any structure

Kotare II: its the virtue they attack

Thrawn: of course, living the Virtues is more important than the Shrines themselves

Lord Rainbow King says Structures matter not to me... but that's just a personal remark

Thrawn: but to those who do live and adhere to the Virtues, do hold some symbolic value

Thrawn: anybody else like to comment on the issue?
