Tassadar: First up on the agenda for today is.. Lack of communication between council members
Tassadar: For example.. I was informed today that we were in fact helping with the caravan for Trinsic today.

Katherine: I find the BBS a bit hard to keep up with
Katherine: I can't tell which messages are new, so I have to click through all of the threads to see if there are new messages
Tassadar: Er.. don't wanna sound mean Katherine, but you look at the time of the last post, and you try to remeber if you've checked since then
Katherine: On the web board? You still have to open the thread to see the time
Tassadar: nope
Katherine: ?
Tassadar: Just go to the forum's page where it lists the 4 forums. There's a "Last Post at:" column.
Katherine: Hmm
Tassadar: I sent you the url, go check it out :P
Katherine: So I have to remember the dates for four different threads each time I check?
Tassadar: No.. if you check it once a day, you just have to remeber "Oh, last post was on the 13th. Did I check it since the 13"

Jim Marrins: frankly.. because i allways wanted the job because i want to help the people. no other reason, not for notoriety or just the Title

Jim Marrins: i have heard that yes. not sure all that is requierd as yet
Tassadar: nods in agreement with Jim
Jim Marrins: but i will do my best

Tassadar: Is.. we need to get some goals for the council. A LONG time ago I asked everyone to think up some, so you've all had plenty of time :P My goals are the same.. Help Newbies and Provide fun & easily accessible things for people to do. And We've certainly done a great job on the latter
Katherine: raises hand
Tassadar: Katherine?
Katherine: I'd like to make the citizenry more aware of any events going on. If you don't follow the web sites you really don't know what's happening, in game or out
Tassadar: nods in agreement with Katherine
Molly: raises hand

Molly: I would like to see us form a melitia to protect the citezens from the monster attacks
Tassadar: Aye that would be under the magistrate's role of duties
Katherine: You mean on the roads between town, like?
Molly: Aye and the ones that come into town in Fel
Katherine: And between town and the moongates, would be helpful. Aye
Tassadar: Well.. for now we should focus on Trammel. Policing both sides would be very difficult for the beginning militia and probably even a guild the size of yew..

Tassadar: Just an idea, we could post on stratics again about our meeting times, maybe bring more people out

Molly: and an other idea. A weekly event that all would know about. we could announce special events there such as a skills compatition or something

Katherine: Who can make the most quality items with a set amount of resources, Things like that

Tassadar: No.. I don't like either of those. Fighting and Magery no, that would limit it too much

Molly: I have to purchase the pack horses and the alcohol, but otherwise all have been invited to join us
Jim Marrins: i get a Ranger Discount on horses if you like

Molly: We are meeting at the the Bridge at 6 pm. Aye, I have talked to him just last eve
Gwendolyn: at 6?

Gwendolyn: That's much earlier that I expected I've told many people the caravan would be leaving Empath Abbey at 6pm...

Molly: they will be by for us at around 6 20 or so from yew
Gwendolyn: That sounds good, Molly
Molly: we will join up with them there

Gwendolyn: I'd just like to mention one other thing... for anyone who's interested

Gwendolyn: the Trinsic meetings will now be at 7pm et, starting tomorrow. In the Trinsic Meeting Hall.
