I have been scavenging for food and water, the area is so abundant with life it's not hard.

Crawling around. Illusion doesn't work that way, illusion simply tricks the senses into believing something that isn't there is there. I could easily make it appear that I have feet, but there wouldn't actually be feet.

Illusion is nothing like voidcraft. If I tried standing on feet that didn't exist, especially on freshly healing wounds, I would only hurt myself.
