- The use of necromancy is prohibited in Sanctus territory for any and all reasons. Chivalry and Bushido are allowed.

Ninjitsu is allowed, but to a limited use. Animal form and mirror image are allowed, however the rest is prohibited.

-Anyone who enters Sanctus has the right to free speech, can speak what they want, except in times of war.

-freedom of religion

-Vandalism of Sanctus property illegal

-Suicide and masochism illegal

-killing anything, even animals, illegal.

-Eating decayed meat legal.

-Bringing an animal corpse into Sanctus is legal. But not human corpses.

-Stealing is illegal

-Conspiracy, espionage, and such crimes punished

-assault prohibited for any reason

-Assassination (defined as murder of a sanctus official) is illegal

-wrongful imprisonment illegal

-Disorderly conduct illegal

-Fires cannot exceed 3 feet. Fire field allowed however.

--punishments:

-anyone who breaks a law is entitled to a trial. Convicts face fine, time in prison, community service, or execution.
