Let it be known throughout the free land of Skara Brae that the acts of aggression, violence, and butchery that have been committed in the name of the Play King and his dog Regent shall never be forgiven or forgotten by the children of Skara Brae! The Council of Skara Brae, along with the ruling body, is issuing this statement to assure all the children of Skara Brae that we will not bow down to any demands laid onto us by those who seek to destroy your home, families, and lives. Several steps are now in effect to assure that the fair island of Skara Brae is not invaded and also make certain the expulsion of the invading animals who have setup a small camp on the mainland.
Both Lord Artisem and Lady Darkthorne has ordered all ships that are currently docked to the Skara Brae Island to be impounded. No ships may leave or land on the Skara Brae Island without the direct and express permission of both the Lord and the Lady. Furthermore, it has been deemed necessary to have the entire island of Skara Brae blocked off from any and all ships. A great armada has been placed around the entire island that will prevent any ships of the Regent from landing on our great land. Let is also be known that the Council of Skara Brae has completed and issued more arrest warrants on some of the most vile beasts who would dare to disrupt and destroy our way of life.

Remarks: Lionel of Yew is nothing more then your typical example of a stray dog who somehow found his way into the service of the Regent and his Lord Chamberlain. He has made several vocal attacks against the ruling body of Skara Brae with particular attention towards Lord Artisem.

Attempting to spread the Virtues into Skara Brae. Reward: The Skara Brae Council is offering a reward of 200,000 crowns for the capture of this criminal. The Council has no preference if she is brought in dead or alive. Remarks: Another gaunt woman in the service of Aleph Aeir's Heralds of the Awakening. She hails from the pathetic hamlet of Wilmeth and has also been very vocal against the government of Skara Brae.

Attempting to spread the Virtues into Skara Brae. Reward: The Skara Brae Council is offering a reward of 200,000 crowns for the capture of this criminal. The Council has no preference if he is brought in dead or alive. Remarks: Every race has a black sheep. Gub-Gub is that to the great and powerful orcs. A very lowly creature that will not hesitate to break down a door or to start throwing a tantrum he should still be considered rather dangerous due to the strength that passes through his orcish veins.

Title: Sage of Honor Case #: 009 Crime: Conspiracy to commit treason against the ruling body of Skara Brae. Conspiracy to murder citizens of Skara Brae. Attempting to spread the Virtues into Skara Brae. Reward: The Skara Brae Council is offering a reward of 200,000 crowns for the capture of this criminal. The Council has no preference if he is brought in dead or alive. Remarks: Another one of Aeirs' silly little Sages, this one is responsible for spreading the words of the Virtue called "Honor". He has since came to the attention of the ruling body after an attempt to undo the magics that were placed upon the dead that were left within the halls of Castle British.

Title: Child of Light Case #: 010 Crime: Wanted in connection to the crimes of his father, Aleph Aeirs. Also sought after at the personal request of Lord Artisem. Reward: The Skara Brae Council is offering a reward of 500,000 crowns for the capture of this criminal. The Council does not a hair upon this boy's head harmed if he should be captured. If captured he is to be brought directly to Lord Artisem. Remarks: The only child of Aleph and Azrielle Aeirs. He is sought for in connection with what his father has done to the people of Skara Brae. He is believed to dwell within the Yew Trammel area alongside with his mother. Let it also be known that all previous arrest warrants are still valid and the criminals named within them are still at large. All citizens are deeply urged to contact your local guardhouse at once should any of these vile monsters be sighted. Please also note that should any of them be captured alive that they shall be placed in a special court hearing which Lord Artisem and Lady Darkthorne shall have complete reign over.
The Regent and his dog-armies have declared war and have already struck their venomous blade into the arm of Skara Brae but that is all that they shall do. Let them grow happy with their small and pathetic victory for their corpses shall soon litter the land in pieces. We shall not fail to save our homeland from the evil that reaches towards us from Britain. Contact your local guardhouse with any information that might lead to the arrests of the above mentioned criminals. Additional arrests warrants are currently being written on other vile dogs that serve the Play King and shall be released within the next few days once they have been completed.
