Dawn will once again address the populace! To find the location where she will make her address, follow the clue to the next Tome: The next Tome is located in the place where Dawn last addressed the populace; search that area for the next Tome.

When her Grandfather asked, "What is loath to place thyself above all else?" Search the answer than Dawn would respond.

After being made a Royal Knight of Britannia, Dawn went to the defense of this city. Search that city for the final clue.

Dawn will [be] found in the city that provides the world stone crafting and glass blowing. Once you find her state the name of the evil one that she helped drive into exile, and the date and time of her address will be revealed.
