Regency Proclamation

Aware of the circumstances in which the Society of Arcane Shadows (SAS) is situated, we have sought the way to proceed with the liberation of Skara Brae. The demands and exchanges and diplomatic entreaties on behalf of our Liege Lord and our Governor-Regent, and the free people of Britannia, have brought us to this declaration.
Among the actions of unlawful occupation that our community is asked to denounce, we speak today against any who would seek to justify SAS control over Skara Brae, which the vast majority of the population cannot bear any longer. It is not so much the physical presence of this group which wounds the dignity of the free people of Britannia, as it is the symbol of evil which it represents, and the monstrous domination which SAS exercises over all sectors of Skara Brae life. SAS control is not about to be relaxed, and the peoples of Skara Brae have been held, against their will, for long enough.
SAS are the purveyors of draconian tactics, of repression and of terror. SAS holds clear disdain for the lasting Virtues and Principles upon which Britannia is founded.
The Society of Arcane Shadow's violent action against the citizens of the commonwealth of Skara Brae is naturally considered by the Regency Protectorate as an exceedingly serious menace to the future of our realm. We view the SAS occupation of Skara Brae as an immediate danger to Britannia as a whole, and hereby demand the complete withdrawal of any and all SAS governmental claims and functions within the city of Skara Brae posthaste.
Let this declaration now stand as as a matter of public record, and official statement of the Government of the Regency and the people of our great nation. Let this document bear the seal of all Regency Officials, Loyal Vassals, and allies who would stand against the tyranny and oppression of the Society of Arcane Shadows.
Written this twenty-eighth day of December, in the waning three-hundred-tenth year of our Sosarian calendar, at the behest of our Governor-Regent, Dayel Stormcrow.
