Title: Land Grant

I Lilyth Noir , Queen of the Kingdom of Yew do hearby grant Lord Thrax of Thraxstadt the lands surrounding Thraxstadt Manor, Yew.

These lands and it's fruits shall be maintained, distributed and protected under the guidance of Lord Thrax and it's fruits shall be maintained, distributed and protected under the guidance of Lord Thrax.

I do also hearby bestow the title of Baron of Thraxstadt upon Lord Thrax.

These gifts I bestow upon you my brother, in hopes that you may one day better yourself in the eyes of the Virtueous.

Your fealty, adherence to the Virtues and pledge of troops in time of Yews need will be expected.
