FoA Hero Ceremony

Hailand well met. I am Dayel Stormcrow of Britain. Last night, Wed. Sept.16, on the shard known as Atlantic there was much FoA activity. The scoundrels had succeeded in twice collecting the contents of guarded chests in the cities of Magincia and Jhelom. We stood by helplessly asmembers of the FoA taunted us behind the protection of Lord British's oblivious guards...but it was we who would have the last laugh! Later in the evening, myself, the archer Ce'Nedra Willow and the archer/bowyer Jormungandr found ourselves guarding an FoA chest on the road east of Britain.
To our amazement, all three of the FoA leaders came walking up to our location and attempted to grab the chest. We knew that they were warriors of great ability, but when they refused to surrender, we attacked them and hoped our reinforcements would arrive in time. After a fierce battle, the FoA scoundrels proved to be too strong for us, and Zendella Kxris got the chest and escaped down the road towards Vesper. We followed and Jormungandr managed to track Junin Pince to his hiding place and eventually roused him from the shadows. Junin was too quick for us, and as I rode wide and tried to flank him, I ran into the brave Octal Dragon who had waylaid Martoo Saul along the road under pretense of friendship. I changed direction and ran Saul down, hefted my trusty axe once more,and swung with all my might.
Martoo finally sensed the trap and ran off into the swamps, avoiding the reinforcements that were arriving as Octal and myself gave chase. Soon we bumped into the stout Hagbard, leader of the night's organized resistance, and he joined the chase. Martoo was slippery and managed to double back and duck behind the castles and houses that line the busy Britain road. Octal and I finally caught a bit of luck when Martoo took a wrong turn and cornered himself along a castle wall. Finally we had him and I swung my axe with fury and skill while Octal used magic to keep me healthy and strong. Martoo cast energy bolts, one after the other, but soon my blade was hurting him too much and he was severely wounded. As he made his last attempt to run free, Hagbard and Rainbow King arrived and let loose their arrows immediately. Their aim was true and Martoo flinched at their deadly onslaught, before finally yielding to us in exchange for his worthless life. Martoo surrendered his arms and reagents to us and then we escorted him to the prison at Yew where we held him until he could be tried at court. It was then that the world shook and blurred and we wondered if the FoA had indeed cast their spell of destruction or if we were merely in store for another of these odd time-warps. Only the morning sun will tell... Either way, we will not rest until the FoA have been wiped from our shard!

On Thrusday, Sept. 17, a small ceremony was held to honor the captors.
The four heros were summoned by Seer Nikademus and escorted to the Court at Yew. They were then met by one of Lord British's guards, Floyd(the same guard who came to get the captured Martoo). Floyd presentedthem all with a scroll of thanks from Lord British and told them a sum of money had been deposited to each of their bank accounts. They also received much karma and raised in title. The four being honored were Dayel Stormcrow, Octal Dragon, Hagbard, and the Rainbow King.
