Ce'Nedra Willow: I researched this morning and there are 4 boards in Britain per facet. I'd like to assign two per volunteer.

Ce'Nedra Willow: We want to make sure there is always an announcement of the meetings on them. And additionally if we have events or other announcements, we will put those up on occassion.
Katherine: Should we write up a text file to use so they're all the same? Perhaps put the text on the web page and we copy off that

Person 1 - Felucca West bank and west Inn(board is inside inn)
Person 2 - Felucca East bank and East Inn.
Person 3 - Trammel West bank and west Inn
Person 4 Trammel East bank and East Inn
I'm claiming Person 4 for myself.

Ce'Nedra Willow: I want to remind everyone to read the private boards public boards, and the mailing list. And when there are questions or ideas there.. make SOME response, even if you don't have an opinion. That way people know you at least read it. Particularly when Tass has business that requires an answer to, it's important that he get answers.
Ce'Nedra Willow: The only other thing I have to talk about or mention.. Is that I'm going to go ahead, when I get time, and flesh out more of the Young Citizens Week Idea Listing out who is needed and what they need to do so that we can move it along.
Katherine: Excellent
Ce'Nedra Willow: I'm going to hope you all volunteer for at least one thing possibly multiple And help find other volunteers if we don't have enough. That's it for me.

Wren Hapswill: Any news on trade caravans to Trinsic?
Gwendolyn: I'd like to mention a couple things.
Molly: raises hand

Gwendolyn: First, the Trinsic Council and Honor Guard are organizing a drunken footrace to be part of the Summer Festival tomorrow. The race will be at 6pm. Once you've had your fortune told, you are welcome to join us.
Molly: giggles

Gwendolyn: Second, our next bazaar will be Saturday, 7/15. I wanted to ask if you were still interesting in having a caravan before the bazaar. If so, we need to work out the details.
Tassadar: Thats' next Saturday, right?
Gwendolyn: nods
Molly: I have spoken to Sun about it and we are looking for vonenteers for the caravan
Ce'Nedra Willow: Next weekend is going to be busy for me. For once. The one time of the year I get out of the apartment. Anyways.. I was wanting to sell at the market.. But now it's looking like it would be a last minute decision.
Tassadar: What would this Caravan require?
Wren Hapswill: people and pack horses?
Molly: people, we can purchace pack horses
Gwendolyn: how many people?
Tassadar: we would just walk the pack horses down to Trinsic?
Molly: the usual answer i have been getting is if i am available, no commitments
Tassadar: I think we should wait until we have a least one or two Militia people to act as guards..
Gwendolyn: What day are you planning the caravan for?
Molly: the day of the Bazaar to go to trensic
Wren Hapswill: perhaps we could do it the night before?
Molly: but the idea is to bring people to the bazaar
Gwendolyn: How long does it take to walk from Yew to Britain to Trinsic?
Wren Hapswill: 30.. 45 minutes
Ce'Nedra Willow: I'd guess 25-30 Mins.
Molly: yes
Tassadar: I'd guess 30-45 also
Gwendolyn: So the caravan would leave Yew at 6:30?
Tassadar: Lots of monsters you'd need to kill
Wren Hapswill: with pack horses it's a little longer than just on foot
Molly: 30 mins is what it took me and Sun last time
Gwendolyn: I can probably get some of the Trinsic Honor Guards to accompany the caravan.
Molly: what time does it start again?
Gwendolyn: the bazaar starts at 7pm est
Auren Therion: You should give time for merchants to setup
Molly: then let us leave from yew at 6
Gwendolyn: nods
Gwendolyn: that sounds good
Molly: We in Brit will be ready at 6 as well and meet them on the way
Ce'Nedra Willow: What time should be people be in Brit? Wouldn't 6:20 be better? Waiting around for 15-20 mins could be boring.
Molly: I would say 6 to get organized

Wren Hapswill: any idea whether the Mierch would want to attend this as well?
Tassadar: I think 6 is a good idea too, cause it'll take 20 mins to get organised

Molly: and wait for late arivals yes at the large bridge
Gwendolyn: Just where in Yew is the caravan starting? I'll try to have some THG there at 5:45 to accompany them.
