Seize one known as Mark Randerstill for he is now a wanted Criminal. A bounty of 20,000 gold pieces is placed on Mark Randerstill of the Humanis for the death of Kinna's unborn child, using his own twisted laws to further inflate his own ego. Mark is to be taken alive to face judgement at the location Kinna and Nothus desire. If you apprehend Mark, contact Huma Dragonbane of the Regency.
