- The army may not engage in organized battle without a legion general present -Should one break the laws of the sixth tablet one can expect to be punished in accordance to the wishes of the legion general.
Tablet VII (On Courts)
- Should a judge set down a verdict it may not be argued until the sun rises and falls once.
- One may not disobey or countermand the order of a Judge while at trial
- Should one break the laws of the seventh tablet one can expect to be warned then put in prison should one persist.
The Tablet of Majesty
- The Governor Regent as Lord Dayel Stormcrow and Lord British before him has the sole ability to override the courts and judicial decisions of Protectorate members.
Protectorate Electoral Procedure
Candidate Requirements and Election Procedure
I. Candidate Requirements for the position of Regent:
a-Candidate must be a member of a Loyalist Guild (for at least 3 months prior to election).
b-Candidate cannot hold office in a non-allied or non-loyalist state or organization.
c-Candidate must not be undead.
d-Candidate cannot by blood relation be a member of any royal house that is not allied or a Protectorate loyalist.
Electoral Procedure:
a-The date of the election shall be published for public record at least two weeks prior to the election.
b-90% of voting Protectorate delegates must be present for a valid election to take place.
c-The Election, the Electoral process, nominations and the Regent installation will be overseen and administrated by the current Governor-Regent.
Term Limits:
a-Upon election, the Governor-Regent must either run for re-election or step down 6 months after their election. There is no limit to the number of terms a Regent may serve, but after every 6 month term an election must be held.
