Man and his art work are inseparable, the techniques used by an artist express so much about an individual and his feelings on the subject of the piece.

However, the true test of a painter is one that can combine man and the medium of his choice with the edge of the knife and the art of blessed alchemy!

1. Dried blood can be used to make brilliant shades of vibrant red and crimson.

2. By prying the eyes from the forehead of a man, woman or child they can be grinded up in a mortar with a pestle mixed with pumice to make the purest form of white known to painters.

3. The magical incantations known only by the Joao family and their chosen artists can be used to make paint the color of the person's hair...
