The Magincian government would like to thank Lord GreyPawn and his fine escort from Moonglow for gracing the presence of our humble nation. We think that as two rational peoples of Sosaria, we can come to an understanding of sorts.

Enlightened self-interest is the goal of both of our peoples. Moonglow seeks the best for its defense, as does Magincia.

In light of this fact, we, the government of Magincia, representing fairly her peoples, would like to propose a pact of strict neutrality on the part of both of our nations.

This neutrality would be defined by a total ceasing of any actions that may or may not occur or have occurred that could be defined as 'ill will' against the populations of either nation. Magincia shall never seek to harm the right to rule by the government of Moonglow, and Moonglow shall never seek to overthrow the right of the Magincian government to rule her populations.

Government is defined by the consent of the ruled to be ruled by those that rule them. Magincia's populations seek to proliferate the progressive Humanis movement that defines her nation-status, and Moonglow's citizens seek to prolong the just rule of a just man and his councils, Mayor GreyPawn.
