Title: A Formal Warning

To all guilds of evil, who name themselves enemy of the Regency and the greater good, are hereby commanded to leave the tavern of Hanse, in the City of Sanctus.

In conjunction with the City of Sanctus, all who are described above are now outlawed from any city of the Regency, or the Order of Sanctus, and hereby will be dealt with by Death Without Quarter.
