Section 9, The Mayor shall have the power to appoint secretaries of positions he/she sees fit. These secretaries could include but are not limited to: Treasurer, Secretary, Events Coordinator. The Mayor shall have control of all executive offices, shall ensure that the laws be faithfully executed, and shall be responsible to the council for the conduct of those appointed to administrative positions. Section 10, The legislative power shall be vested in the Council of Honor

Section 11, No person shall be a member of the Trinsic Council of Honor unless he/she is a qualified citizen of Trinsic, is not a member of any other area councils, has attended three consecutive meetings, has no outstanding warrant against his/her person from other Councils of Virtue, and has been duly inducted to the Council of Honor after being approved by a majority vote of the council.

Section 12, The Council of Honor shall convene at the Trinsic Meeting Hall, at least once a week, at a day to be determined by all Councilors. The Mayor may call a special session at any time.

Section 13, (1) The Council of Honor shall be lead by the Mayor, acting as moderator, during legislative sessions. (2) The Council of Honor may determine the rules of its proceedings, and such members not in compliance of said rules will be subject to disciplinary actions by a majority vote of the Council.

Section 14, The Council of Honor, by a majority vote of all Councilors, shall have the sole power to declare the existence of a state of war.

Section 15, Every bill passed by the Council of Honor shall embrace only one subject which shall be expressed in the title thereof.

Section 16, For a Bill before The Council of Honor to become law, it must be passed by a majority of the council.
