Isk’s Trial

Two months ago saw the trial of Isk versus Molly. Having been charged with assault Isk was held in Yew for a day before the trial began. The star witness for the prosecution was mysteriously unavailable for the trial making things easier for the Magnate.  Isk spoken in his own defence and deflated all changes against him but in the end was found guilty of verbal assault. Many spectators were present and captivated by the trial, one observer noted that the outcome was in favour of both Isk and Molly as Isk was given a very lenient sentence and Molly’s lawyer won the case.

Ivae’s Trial


Last month’s trial saw the Regent’s wife, Ivae, accuse Malorn of kidnapping and assault. Though the trial was well run the prosecution presented a flawed case causing Poet to exploit the situation with a barrage of legal moves for the defence. In the end the jury unanimously acquitted Malorn of all wrong doing. Fallout from the case came not long after the trial as ill words spoken by Hand of Humanis members in attendance were used by the Regent and his inferior wife to cause the Hand of Humanis to become isolated from the Regency.

Isk Gains Key to the City


Last month the council of Zento presented Isk with a key to the city sparking greater friendship between Magincia and Zento.

Orcish Land Grab?

Recent papers written by Thrax have caused the topic of orcish land claims to be brought to the public. The Hand of Humanis knows that the orcs hold no claim over any territory due to the fact that humans were the first race to walk the earth of Sosaria. It is believed that any unlawful land grab made by the orcs will result in their total destruction at the hands of Yew.

Occupied Sanctus

Word from Malas has come that the once proud city of Sanctus has been occupied by the Ebon Skull. It is not known how or why the Skull have taken the city though it is certain that if an external force were to enter in defence of Sanctus the Ebon Skull could be driven back. No one has taken the steps to secure such a move however.
