| Ramses of the Hand of Ra has recently been promoted to the prestigious position of Regency General. He is well known for his mediation skills, his calm as well as his political tact. He sat at the side of his wife Wicked Rose as she recovered from an Oggaroth attack and was instrumental in arresting Isk in the middle of a Regency meeting, an act which took a fair amount of guts and made him a vile name on the lips of Magincians.
