Good/bad news.
First off, after last night, found out some real answers finally! First off, it was not a true heart attack. Supposedly when you have a heart attack it will produce an ensyme in your body. No traces of said thing. And the traces of my "First" one according to the specialist, were so minuscule that no permanent damage was done. This time....
Now the bad part. Found out for certain....my lungs are infected. To any who smoke....trust me, it can happen that easy. Anyway, My stress test has been moved up in time, as has my getting the patch. Test will be within the next couple days. Then we find out how bad the infection is, and how bad it can go. Right now...I have this regime to follow.
1} Stop smoking entirely
2}No more than 20 grams of fat per day, prefferably less than 10
3}Jog between 2-4 miles per day, for cardio workout.
4}General working out/excercise per day as well, though amount of weight lifted needs to be brought down.
Supposedly if I can stick to that regime, said infection it is believed will be eliminated....after 3-4 months. Mind you, this is best guess thus far. Til we see the full stress test results...that's all it is.
This is what happened in full yesterday, so everyone knows. Went into the hostpital at 10:30 am, with the chest pains and bad stuff. Got there, my blood pressure was 160/102....not good. After several nitro tabs, lots of Morphine, and some nitro paste....heart finally calemd down. About 5 minutes after that, my lungs decided I needed a good ass kicking. And a lot more morphine followed....Finally after about 3 hours...things were calm enough to admit me.
Stayed overnight in the chest pain ward. Was woke up every two hours for blood, and other tests. End result however...is the fun I have described above. This is not something viral, nor some random disease. So...yeah. Now all things wait on the final test here, and me getting on the patch. Kind of a hard "to the face" blow for the week. Just makes me realize I am not 19 anymore.
For all of you who have said things on here, and thought about them. Thank you. Every little bit has been amazingly important, and helped a ton. Trying to keep smiling, and keep the chin up. I will let everyone know when I have more info myself. Until then...be safe, be well...and know that you don't have to see someone's face, to love them. *Nod nod* Thank you all so much. _________________ Felrath, the Black hand of Oblivion |
