Wanted

The Drow known as Vash

Individual is 6' tall, dark gray skin with white hair. He bears scars on his face with the most notable one across his neck. This particular scar is believed to be the cause of his inability to speak. Vash is know for communicating through hand gestures that are unknown by sign language experts. It is believed that such is limited to his group and only they can understand his gestures.

Vash is known for being armed and dangerous. He is the local leader of a small yet semi-organized group of brigands known as the Dark Knights of Chaos. His last known whereabouts were the Bridge that divides the borders of Sanctus and the Royal Court of Light. He has been known to frequent the Sanctus area to prey upon its citizens. His recent actions have taken place just north of the border.

Crimes commited against Sanctus and the Royal Court of Light include but are not limited to the following:

Kidnaping - Sanctus (Warrant issued for arrest)
Armed Robbery - Royal Court of Light (Warrant issued for arrest)
Assault with a dealdly weapon - Sanctus and Royal Court
Attemted murder - Sanctus
Extortion - Sanctus
Perjury - Sanctus
Resisting arrest - Sanctus

Do not approach this individual or his band of brigands. If spoted, please report thier last known location to the proper authorities. Little else is known of the members of his group. Though there is rumor that he has a Lieutenant who remains unknown at this time.

There is currently no reward posted by Sanctus or the Royal Court of Light at this time.

The Regency meeting had many things going on but what came to the ATTENTION of the House Gauntlet was the new of a capture of a person. For some reason this seemed to fit the description of the person who had attacked the Duchess. General Kathleen Kingston had asked to interview the prisoner but it did not seem that her request would be granted. Shihan made it a note to ask during the Royal Court of Light meeting that evening and try to bring political action to the situation.
