The chaos from the other night left its mark. The Lady Medjie scoured the outside areas for any traces of Lady Ishtar since the small scuffle with the riders who set off in the direction of Skara.

Kel had no information after she spoke with him but he just woke up at that point and knew she would need to speak with him again. He was just as worried as the Royal family. Ishtar doesn't scare easily. This abrupt departure did not sit well with the leader of the royal guard.

She ventured back in the Palace and went back up the stairs and into the priestess quarters where Kel had gone through everyhting. "Other than her normal tomes and clothing there is nothing amiss." he told her. She frowned that everything was turning up empty.

She turned quickly and left the room, wnet back down the steps and outside again. She shouted a few orders to get a few other of the Medjie with her and called for the horses.

"Mount up! We head for the road to Skara. Her trail started there and the riders went the same way that is where we will go! We do not rest till she is found safe and sound!

She set them on their way and the found Ishtar's sandal prints near the crossroads and then her mounts...all in Skara's direction...

When her and her party reached Skara she had them split up to search the city. She slowly rode her horse through the cobblestone streets hoping to get some information. After speaking with a woman she met a the bank she leanred a woman fitting the priestess' description went to a tavern nearby called the Shattered Skull.

As she approached the entrance she dismounted and tethered her horse. She strode in making her way staright to the proprieter and asked him if he had seen the priestess. He looked at the elf and told her, "Aye I did my lady. She was in the corner over yonder sipping some elvish wine. ", he motioned to the far corner of the tavern. "Then a pirate by the name o' Drinn I beleive, went up to her. She didn't look ta happy to see him either. Then another pirate by tha name o' Morgan Adams that normally sails from 'ere went up ta them both. After a bit of talkin' all three o' em left. Last I saw o' the lass." The Lady Medjie listened to the man carefully. She thanked the man for his information and went back outside.

She carefully un tethered her horses reins and led him to the dock. As she came up to the harbor master some of her party saw her and headed in her direction. She spoke with them briefly to let them know what she found out and then turned to speak with the harbor master.

She approached him and also asked if he saw the priestess. He nodded and explained she boarded a ship and sailed off. "Do you know of the destination sir?" she asked.

"No. The lady wouldn't give it till they were at sea. From what i overheard. She seemed to be in a hurry too. After the ship was a bit away some riders in dark clothes came lookin' for her too. That is all I know and they got told the same thing you did ma'am." She frowned at the knowledge of the riders.

"Back to the Palace to speak with the Pharaoh. Round everyone up and meet there!" she shouted as she mounted and rode swiftly away from the town back to the Palace...
