After the meeting at the Royal Court of Light and the Regency meeting earlier in the week, the Queen asked her sister about "Oggarath". Her prowess is in the realm of magic and the tomes of old. Ishtar could only provide limited information but ther emay be another who knows more.

She took up a quill at her desk and on papyrus penned in elegant script a letter to the one who may be able to find out more.

Dear Lord Thrax,

I am writing you out of curiosity. You seem to be aquainted with something of interest as is my sister the Lady Ishtar. As a line of ancient elves, I am curious as to why elves would wish to harm humans.
In light of what we heard at the last Regency meeting. I would like to know more of "Oggarath". Which you seemed to know something of. Perhaps you can meet with my sister to work together and get to the bottom of this mystery.

After looking it over she carefully rolled the papyrus into a golden tube and summoned a messenger. "Make haste and bring this to Lord Thrax.", she bode him. He bowed and left quickly.
