The Free Nations of Sosaria formally declare war upon the Regency. This declaration results from the Regency's deliberate violates of articles 1 & 3 of the Pact of Moonglow.

The Regency has violated the aforementioned pact by placing a known necromancer and loyalist as the Mayor of Moonglow. The Regency has displayed its inability to effectively govern the people of Sosaria by:

1. Blockading and starving the island of Moonglow.
2. Keeping council with known necromancers and criminals.
3. Placing known necromancers and criminals in positions of authority over the people of Sosaria.
4. Facilitating and encouraging the spread of racist dogma against all non-humans.


The Free Nations of Sosaria demand the following to avoid all out war against the Regency:

1. The current Regent, Lady Lia L, immediately resigns her position.
2. The following Regency Council members immediately resign:

Lord Isk
Lady Angelique
Lord Porthos
Lord Sid
The Nun Queen Lilyth Noir
Lord Barl

3. The aforementioned turn themselves over to the Free Nations of Sosaria for trial against charges which include:

Corruption
Political Genocide of the People of Moonglow
Abuse of a Public Office
Abuse of Corpses
Crimes Against Humanity

4. The remaining members of the Regency shall begin immediate reforms to the governing body of Brittania.

5. All those that defect from the current Regency shall be allowed to retain their rights and titles upon the cessation of hostilities.

Sadira walked past the posting. She let her eyes gaze over it slowly, moving her mouth to the words as she read it silently.

"Starving Moonglow? Now when I was there the last time, there was a group of people claiming to be from the regency. They had lots of food in boxes they were giving away to the people. Perhaps I should let Talon know of this."

She says to herself as she continues to read.

"How can they be against non humans. I could swore that Lady Molly was on the councel..and I thought she was elven. Or maybe I am getting my people mixed up."

She shakes her head. Her memories slowly returning to her but most still jumbled. She then pulls out a piece of paper from her pouch. She looked up on it.

"I still have alot I need to recall and you are the one I am hoping that will have answers."

She says as if speaking to a person. Her eyes gazed up on the name Bailos.

"I shall speak with Talon, but first I need to find this Bailos."

She left the posting of the declaration and called for her steed. She then made her way towards Umbra.

While farming on an outpost on the Island of Isamu Takeda sees a familiar sight. It is his old Sensei riding up. Takeda bows to his old instructor. Looks at him and both men smile. "Tai San it has been a long time time what brings you to the humble lands of my ancestors?" Tai replies, " There is much going on we must talk." The smile fading from his face. "What is troubling you my friend?" Tai with a somber look on his face, "War is coming and I fear it will reach all lands." "This is horrible but why do you come to me I am no longer a general in the alliance and have settled into retirement teaching Bushido and farming the lands?"

Temporarily transforming himself into a slightly human figure, Ceranith makes his way into Moonglow. Since the occupation by Sanctus, he had become increasingly worried of the outcome, and the possibility of all out war.

The Paper nailed to the blacksmith's door was discouraging to the point where the dragon could no longer stay in Moonglow. He quickly ran from the bank area of the city, into the forest, and transformed into his natural self.
