Asher's story isn't one of epic battles, tales of dragons, or ladies in distress. In fact, his story never leaves his property. Not until he reaches the age of 20, that is.
Up until the age of 10, however, Asher did lead a normal life. He had his friends around the area of Minoc. He would play-sword-fight with them. He would play hide and seek in the mines. He would even cause a small bit of stress to some of the miners who were trying to do their everyday work. You know, kid stuff.
But as soon as Asher reached the age of 10, he got addicted to books. Arcane books, to be more exact. He wanted to know everything there ever was to know about every kind of magic that existed. Simple arcane spells, necromancy, chivalry, ninjitsu, spellweaving; he wanted it all.
Fast forward ten years, and we have a very learned student of the arcane and ninjitsu, with little to no social skills. Regardless of this, and confident in his ability to manipulate the arcane, Asher stepped out into the world, determined to prove his self worth as a skilled arcanist. Now, if he could only figure out why some girls keep winking at him, he just may be able to find his purpose |
