Xandria came home, and began to stretch, feeling tired from her night of meet and greet with Cear. Looking down, she noticed a letter with a feather next to it. Ah, Shade, now what? She picked up the letter from Nightshade and slowly read it. Apparently, she wanted Xandria to write a letter to Barl. She hated losing all those demons as well. It took so much time to find their true name, and bring them under control, only to have to destroy them. She pulled a pen and paper from the desk, and sat down to write.
Dear Barl,
I am writing you today to make a special request. My dear friend has started a business and has made several advanced findings within her business. However, we have run into a problem and have been unable to correct this problem. I have been studying the area that the problem lies in, but I am still new in my studies, and have not your expertise. If you could please contact me, it would be deeply appreciated.
(Signed with flourish)
Xandria
Smiling, Xandria called forth a demon, and handed him the letter.
“Now Mersilde,” Xandria said, staring at the demon. “Hand Barl the letter and be gone. If you cause him any problems, I will personally make sure he knows your name.” With a smirk, Xandria waved the demon off and sat back to await the reply. |

A deep growl, a foul stench, and heavy footsteps: All things that didn't belong in the holy place of worship to Oblivion. The hooded figure that was the Lichdrow stood infront of the alter, dark clothes wrapped around him with only an outstretched hand exposed. He closed the book he had been overlooking and turns to regard the demon coldly.
"What brings you here?"
The demon merely snarled in protest and dropped the crumpled letter. It matched Barl's glare of contempt for only a moment before stalking elsewhere around the temple. Barl picked up the letter slowly and scanned over the words.
"Interesting..Tell her I will meet her when she wishes...
And do not enter this place again. Ever."
With another protest in the form of crude body language, the demon blinked out of existance. Barl turned back to his writings. _________________ "You see I can not be forsaken, because I'm not the only one. We walk amongst you, beating, r#ping, must we hide from everyone?" - Jon Davis |
