Comes now the petitioner before the court.

Be it known that Lady Julia wishes formal charges be issued to one Pluzkat, currently of Sanctus, on the grounds of the attempted murder of herself.

The plaintiff requests an arrest warrant be issued immediately and that he be held until without bond until a trial can be arranged.

I, Hugh Kinley, of the Sosarian Bar, am acting in her regards as her attorney.

We formally request to be at his deposition and arraignment.

We thank the court for hearing our petition.

To Lord Kinley,

Your petition has been received and reviewed by myself being the highest legal authority of Sanctus. I grant your request for a trial for the accused Pluzkat. A trial date shall be determined after an investigation that is required for any incidents that occur within the city of Sanctus is carried out. However I hereby deny your request for the arrest of the accused Pluzkat due to the Sanctus' current state of war against the city of Umbra. I shall ask that the plantiff Julia and her legal counsel come to Sanctusplaintiff and speak to me on this issue. I look forward to your response Lord Kinley. Good day to you.

Lord Kinley,

Your client Julia has been granted safe passage in the city of Sanctus. I personally guarantee that none of the Sanctus military shall mistreat your client in anyway. If you or your client are stopped by Sanctus officials, you are to inform them that you are here to speak to me. I do ask that you and your client do not show any hostile action toward any Sanctus officials especially during a time of war. Once again, I look forward to meeting with you both. Good day to you.
