I want it to be very clear to you, should any samurai be caught fighting within or around Umbra, they will be arrested. As well, I request you give me any information regarding whomever it is you are fighting. The Order does not tolerate outsiders using our land as a battlefield, nor do we tolerate being told to stay out of any fight taking place on our land. Any information leading to the arrest of the unnamed enemy you fight will be very appreciated, and perhaps mutually beneficial.

On behalf of my alliance and clan, I long ago came to an agreement of terms. Those who follow me have no business in Umbra. It was agreed that those that follow the Ebon Skull would have no business in Zento.

Therefore, there should not be any samurai fighting in your fair city.

However, we are currently experiencing a similar situation in Zento.

I would be happy to meet you in a diplomatic manner to exchange information, should you wish it.
