The letter arrives on the leg on a rotted skeletal hawk.

Dear Illadar,

Hail, formal harrowing brother.

It has come to my attention, that the Order and it's military-lead by yourself I hope-may be heading into war. There are matters in this I wish to discuss with you, and you alone. For I do not believe that your Lich Lord is planning this as wisely as he hopes. Perhaps it'd be best if you met with me.

Meet with me as soon as possible.

Ah...Lord Dormack! Tis good to hear from you. Lord Zalar is still at the head of Harrowing, but he is almost never around, so yes...I have been leading the military ordeals myself. I will gladly meet with you this eve if you wish. We shall meet at the Umbra bank and proceed from there. Perhaps at 9 past noon under the eastern moon? I will come alone, and we will be able to move some place private and talk. I was the one who came up with the battle tactics for the taking of Minoc, but it was Lord Tyranthraxus who wished for our next move. Perhaps you would join me on the battlefield with your wisdom and tactics to show the true power of Oblivion? We shall discuss many things.
