Lord Thrax,

First and foremost, I would like to invite you to a Ball in celebration of the new Master of the Ebon Skull, Lord Tyranthraxus. We will be holding a ceramony at the Necromancer's Arena just north of Umbra. The Ball will begin this Sunday at after noon by the eastern sun.

I am Illadar Gilthazul, a member of Harrowing for the Order of the Ebon Skull. I have heard many things about you and the City of Yew, and I write to you in hopes that we may be able to meet so that I may be able to speak with you on behalf of the Order of the Ebon Skull. If you send someone to meet me at the Umbra Bank, I will come unarmed to your home, or I have a home on Dagger Isle that you are more than welcome to come to. The choice is yours. I am available during the evening times throughout the week, but Friday or Saturday, I am unable to attend.

Viceroy Gilthazul,

First let me say that I am, for lack of a better term, honored, by the invitation. But while I certainly would enjoy the Ball, I likely will be unavoidably detained by a certain pressing matter of business. However, I will take you up on your offer that we arrange a personal meeting. It is important that we do meet and talk. I know you can see, as I can, that certain "storms" have appeared on the horizon, and it is in the best interests of those who would not be taken unawares by them, to ensure one's own holdings are secured. We shall discuss such measures in detail.

I will send word to you soon, by special courier.
