Hello great city of Vesper, city of canals built by the founding fathers of

the feudal kingdom of Randorin.Trade city to all the cities and guild of

light. The whell of Brittania, city of stone and waterways I am William as

most of you know me. Many years ago from this day Mondain was

slashed with Justice of the Avatar, saviour from the lord of light. Sosaria

was seperated until the nation was united under the light and justice of

Lord British.

Britian,Yew,Paws,Ocllo,Montor, and Moon. The Land of the Fuedal lords

to Malphane and Cove. The great city of light and Paladins Trinsic have

all come together as one.

Now Lord British is gone and we can't stick together as one of light and

justice. We are steady having a shade in light that is causing Lord

Robere's. The Lights promise to the people was to have a kingdom of

light well a new promise is before you and that is the reign of light here

on Sosaria. I am the man of promise that has been bestowed.

A new Promise is here of the light. People who fall from the path of light

and justice may be forgiven with my blood and honor. For it is the blood

of light and justice. I am the promise before you.

Beowulf strood through the town of Vesper. He heard a man trying to rally the towns people to listen to his announcement. Beowulf stopped and crossed his arms, listening carefully.

Once William had finished Beowulf thought to himself...

"Isn't that what the Regency is for?"

Norrec walked through his now cured home town, it was a pleasant day. The plague gone, he was free to come home. He stopped and listened to the man named William preach then walked away with a huge smile on his face.

Smiling to himself he whispered aloud "What a speach! this is most excellent! finding someone to hire us to kill him will be like picking ducks from a barrell!" Laughing, Norrec went off to prepare a letter to Locke.

Derek just finishing his bussiness at the bank in Vesper noticed a crowded gathering outside as he walked through the bank doors. Taking interest in what was going on he made his way towards the crowd. He noticed a man in the center who seemed to be preaching. Listen carefully Derek continued to watch on with interest. Once the man finished his speech the crowd departed after the man left. Derek ran his hand through his beard and then thought to himself isnt this what the Regency is for? He also began to wonder if they knew of this man preaching in the streets? Coming to his senses he just shrugged it off thinking surely the Regency and the Guardians of Vesper would know of this man's preaching. He then walked off down the street to finish the rest of his bussiness in Vesper.

Max missed the speech, but had heard about it. Surely this "William" was the same person who thought it a wise idea to preach about Justice in the city of Britain while those poor people are suffering the invasion from Despise.

"Does this man think before he speaks?" Max asks Bart, the gypsy who sometimes loiters around the house. "Dunno Mr. Max," is the answer given, "but would you happen to have an extra bottle of wine handy?"

Chuckling to himself for even slightly expecting the gypsy to have an answer, Max reaches into the nearby chest and hands Bart the requested bottle. "Good thing Bart likes the wine" Max mused to himself. "How dissapointed Veroth would be if someone else were drinking my stash of cider!"

Saying goodbye to Bart, Max headed upstairs to sheck the condition of his armour. William and his speech were once again forgotten.
