Leshok exited the church, with a smile on his face, already going over the conversation in his mind. How much different Labelle seemed to react this night compared to the last encounter in which they spoke, brought the smile to his face. She of course had seemed hesitant, not sure of what to make of it, even expressed that in words. Leshok smiled again as he remembered the words he used to explain to her, why he said what he has, and what he means by them.

He stabled his horse and walked into his home, looking over the ledge at the water, his smile returning as he viewed the waves, attempting to see in the ocean as what Labelle described fine writing, much a kin to images in clouds. His smile widened as he remembered the two of them sitting side by side looking into the sky, naming shapes they saw in the clouds. It was the first time he had seen her so simply happy and relaxed. He entered his room and removed his day clothes as he pondered how she felt from the nights conversation. With a smile, he laid down on his bed and whispered "May rectum rector vos quod servo vestri decor eternus" as he fell asleep.

She looked after the Paladin woman, moments shared in pleasant conversations becoming infrequent, she adored the Lady Mia’s visit. Returning to her writing, taking great care to place to the binding the many notions of the city Maginica. Passage to the city approaching, she desired greatly to have the compilation absolute. LaBelle continued rythmatically dabbling the end of a quill into a jar of sable ink. Her hand moving swiftly, lissome, to fill the bound parchments.

The Church halls distinctively silent, until she heard steps ascending the stairwell, she moved closing the booklet, careful to place a thin cloth in the fold, so as not to disturb the fresh ink to the page she was working. They exchanged greetings, her lingering eyes to the table, he apologized for interrupting her. After moments of hesitation she motioned him, they climbed the last set of stairs. Setting to the bench overlooking the seas, their conversations, genial, with effort. Small silences filled the turns, from subject, granting her only twinkling’s of discomfort.

The Lord placed his hands to the each of his side, resting atop the bench. His left near her, but not too. She glanced him, and pressed her hands upon one another to her lap. Outstretching his right arm to the skies, tilting his head upwards, she followed his gesture with her gaze. When he presented upon her his question, her lips took on the crescent shape, she stared thoughtfully to the thick white body, pondering. They continued to place images into the sky until they had, unbeknownst, created a short tale, depicting a child chasing after his dog, while a disgruntled parent bellowed on.

Sometime from the equidistant point in the conversation, LaBelle became aware she had grown slightly in ease. She pressed the book they had spoken to earlier to her bosom, and rose slowly, gathering her skirt into her free hand. Farewells, were shared, and the Lord followed her to the chamber below, viewing the books she had left to the table, her mind turned in thought to returning to her writing...The Lord Majere spoke again, as he descended the stairs, she smiled briefly to his back, then opening the booklet, removing the cloth...She wrote well into the night.
