Last night at the regency meeting in serpents hold a book was handed over to Isk, It is now in my hands. This as i understand it is an heirloom of the regency. If you want your book back in one piece you will meet my ransom demands. The exact demands have not been determined as of yet .Another note will follow.

Mr. Kotare,

Here are the ransom demands being set forth for the return of the book.

In a wooden crate place the following items:
500 gold coins
10 iron katanas of exceptional quality
10 iron bronze sheilds of exceptional quality
10 iron halberds of exceptional quality
10 iron long swords of exceptional quality

the meeting place will be the regency hall where I aquired the book.
the time will be 9:00 tonight in the eastern sky
I will be stealthing and will examine the conents of said crate once I am assured of the contents I will contact Mr. Norrec Demise and have him come in and pick up the crate , once I have been assured of his safe passage from the lands I will then place the book at your feet and leave.
