Unity sat in his palace still pondering the passages missing from his journals. It was to his surprise that as he stood to leave his palace there was a messanger outside his throne room. Unity must have been very deep in thought to have not heard the footsteps behind him. When Unity looked at the messenger he spoke out "What do you want, you are disturbing my slumber!" This messenger came baring bad news to Unity, the messenger shook broadly very afraid of what was to come next and he handed Unity the letter. The letter was addressed to Unity from Drake Wintermore. Suddenly his stern look of irritation turned to a look of sadness and dismay.

Unity,
I’ve only spoken to you in passing, so it is my hopes that this letter will reach you. I am afraid to say that here in Magincia, we mourn the passing of Mark Randerstill, who died two nights passed. I know that you were good friends with him and I thought we would invite you to our ceremony to be held at the end of the week in Magincia. Mark was a truly special and unique gift to this world, one it will never see the likes of again. There are some people that are irreplacable and I think we can all agree that he was one of them. The Humanis Party hopes to see you soon.

Respectfully,
Drake Wyntermore
Hand of Humanis

P.S.: Mark requested that his mask that he wore for many years be passed on to you. I will give it to you at the commemoration or whenever I see you next.

Unity quickly dismissed his messenger after he finished reading the letter and then went up to his library to write a letter in responce to this most unfortunate passing.

Drake Wyntermore,
Sir, I am very appriciative of your informing myself of the unfortunate news of Mark's passing. He was in fact a very dear friend of mine. I do send my condolences to his wife and to the honorable followers of the Hand of Humanis. I regret the fact you are correct, I have unfortunatly not had the oppertunity to truly make your acquaintance. I do hope we can reslove that in the future. I will most definatly be making my presance at the wake. I truly hope that Mark passed peacefully, for he was not a man deserving to suffer in any means. If there is anything that I can do to help in any way what so ever, please let me know.

Respectfully yours,
Unity

Unity folded this parchment and sealed it with wax and a steal stamp of a gear. With the letter finished Unity quickly summoned his messenger and ordered him to deliver this letter to Drake Wyntermore. Unity then told him that Drake could most likely be found in Magincia. With these directions and orders the messenger did not rest untill Drake Wyntermore was saught out and the message was handed to him.
