Unity sat for some time after his brother had requested that Unity allow him to leave the Dark Awakening. He had many thoughts and memories of their childhood once more, the death of their parents, the kidnapping of Lotis himself, and the many hard times it caused between them both that they had finally worked out in the recient years. Lotis had come to Unity needing guidence in his paths, but the ways he had chosen were alll foreign to Unity. The only advice that he could give his bother was to follow his heart, so in this Unity knew he had to allow his brotehr to do so. If he so chooses to leave the Dark Awakening than he would allow it. It was a very tough decission for Unity to make, but it had to be done all the same. Unity sent for his brother Lotis to tell him of his decision.

When Lotis arrived at the palace Unity looked at him with a grim low face, he spoke out with his typical cold tone trying to hide his feelings, diligence Unity thought to himself over and over defining it in his head reminding himself as he spoke that he was the Oracle of Diligence and he must show no weakness. As he continued to tell Lotis of his fate he bated the subject a bit trying to figure out why Lotis had chosen the paths he had int he past and the decissions he has now made for the future. Unity looked Lotis up and down, he had become a very good ally and a very good warrior in Unity's army. Unity spoke one last time to Lotis, "My brother I wish you well and I relinquish my any holds you may feel I have on you, with this I am allowing you to leave and go about your destiny as you so choose, Be well my brother...." With this Unity turned his back knowing Lotis would have nothing to say, yet they both paused briefly and just looked off into the room, then Lotis turned and spoke very quietly "This will not effect our relationship as our last parting did many many years ago, thank you for all you have shown me and the knowledge you have shared with me. Wish Lady Anna well, would you?" as he finished he then walked back out of the meeting hall and spoke in a dark tongue, then he vanished into the shadows....

Would this be the end? Would he ever see his brtoher again? Unity wondered many things as his brother slipped into the darkness.
