A well dressed gentlemen wanders about the various towns and provinces, searching for Leaders of the guilds Loyal to the Regency. As he comes across the various persons or their representatives, he hands them a golden colored parchment, with black writing upon it...

Words from the Regent:

In all our lives there will be the consideration of our being and those things that make up whom we are. We are responsible for the images we craft and being in which we make ourselves to be. And in that, an essance from us will arise and greet the public, in matters of diplomacy, life, love and spirituality. Allow time to gather these thoughts and hold fast to the things you find honorable and true to yourself. And in that you will find where your loyalties lay.

I announce to my brethren and respective members of the Regency that you will nay be without a leader, or a Regent. I pay the highest regard to those who pushed for action in my absence. During my coma I understand that movement has been made, but regardless of what its outcomes would have been, you all were faithful and honest to the Regency that you build.

Direction will nay be absent, wordings will nay hold a lie...and loyalty will be considered always.

Spread and convey these messages to your guildmates, and interpret them as you may, Discussion is accepted and will only aid in our growth and strenghtening.

I pray that I will find you all at the upcoming Regency meeting.
