Tarothin, we have not been able to discuss matters for many months. This lack of communication has caused annoying conflicts to arise between segments of the Regulators and those for whom I care. We are too suspicious of each other and that needs to be remedied. Therefore, treat this letter as a friendly invitation for you and one that you trust the most. I invite you and your trusted guest to dine with me and my wife this coming Monday at nine by the eastern star in Magincia. Bring no suspicion for there is no hidden agenda, only good will and the purest of intentions.

Isk,

I cannot help but be curious to this letter. Especially the reason for it. For last that we saw each other was not one of a welcoming nature. Infact, I recall that the last few times we met each other at the Regency meeting's, there was only a holding of dislike and disgust comming my and the Dark Order's way by you and your men. So, curious indeed I am.

But I will take you up on this offer of dinner, yet since only just comming back from a breif stay in Ditto's homeland, this monday may be of too short of notice. Seeing that I still need to see to some matters that have prior importance.

I will await your reply and the future date of the dinner.
