Cuthbert takes the finished, signed copy of the JCV's first formal alliance from his squire, Pike, and reads it over once more before putting it in his files.

Let it be known that on this, the twenty-seventh day of the ninth month of the two thousand and fourth year of our Lord British, the Jhelom Council of Valor and the Army of the Frontier have come together to establish a formal alliance. This alliance is created for the benefit of both guilds in the scope of aid, troops, trade between the cities of Yew and Jhelom and community support. Neglect to fulfill these terms shall culminate in the termination of this treaty.


The undersigned have read this document and have agreed to the terms layed out by this treaty.
