Greetings, Council Members.

My name is Vaen Swiftar, of the Legion of Justice. It has come to my attention that you claim to be a council based in Trammel Yew. Whether or not that still remains true with the happenings with the Army of the Frontier is none of my business. I wish to ask only one question.

Why is it that your council holds its meetings in Felucca, if it is owned by the Orcs? Why not make use of the lands that you claim to occupy?

It seems as though you are operating out of enemy territory. Unless you have been given permission to do so, I'm afraid we will not be able to aid you if the Orcs decide to raid you, as you are unjustly holding activities within their land.

If, however, you have had permission, the Legion of Justice will aid you in defending your meetings, and will act as guards to ensure that no damage comes to you and yours. I will request, however, that you show proof of permission. I want a note from the Orc Chief, or one of the Orc Lords themselves, confirming that you have permission to hold your meetings within their lands.

If you cannot provide such proof, then we will offer no support to you and yours should you be the target of an Orc raid.

Please respond as soon as possible.
