The morning light streamed into the master suite of the Knights Barracks at Sea Reach. Lilyth rolled over to find Kotare, arms behind his head staring out the windows wide awake. She smiled as she laid her head on his chest. "Thinking darling one?" she whispered. He kissed her forehead answering "Yes, I have found my way again my sweet. The Blackwind calls." He gathered her into his arms reminding her why she had agreed to share her bed after all these years. Our bed she reminded herself smiling as he spoke. After a time lazing together in the late morning light they emerged and went to the kitchens for a light breakfast.

"It is going to be another long afternoon love" Lilyth stated as she helped herself to an apple and a wedge of cheese. "It will be", he said with a smile that turned to a playful smirk. "and a longer night". Lilyth blushed with a quick laugh. The two finished thier meal, a lingering kiss and words of encouragement passed between them before they set to thier tasks.

Lilyth had one appointment that afternoon with Lord Kain Eldaren. He was newly returned to the realm and had many questions of Yew, The Regency and the seeming loss of Virtues in the land. They had met at the Shrine of Honor along with Mayor Willow to discuss the topics of concern to Kain. Unfortunately the words were not always those he wanted to hear. But Honesty was paramount. There was no way to easily speak of these things that weighed so heavily on many minds. The three spoke at some length in the quiet of the Shrine.

They were interrupted by a hawk landing near Lilyth, she recognized it as her own and took the messege. She sighed speaking to the men. "A missive from Arlin requesting I meet his Viceroy Dominatria at the Abbey." she deflated a bit knowing that she was headed for a tense meeting. She hated to leave a friendly discussion amongst her friends and peers. However duty called. "I must go gentleman" she said, "Virtue be Your guide". With a wave she was swiftly off to the Abbey in Yew Trammel.

Once at the abbey Lilyth noticed an astounding quiet. She entered and looked for this Lady Dominatria. Soon a Lady in Frontier colors approached her, inviting her into the shrine within the Abbey. The two spoke at length, the lady shared the list Arlin had made of his concerns with the Yew Town Council. Lilyth read the list acknowledging his questions to the Lady and promising they would be answered. The conversation balanced between terse and friendly. Both women mentally studying the other. It was clear to Lilyth that Arlin had chosen wisely in recruiting this Lady to his cause.

The discussion nearly broke down as once again an outsider spoke of the Yew Town Council as defunct. Lilyth would work with anyone, but she would not take such words lightly from one whom had no experience with the council. Her tempered simmered a bit but she managed to keep in check and request that before the Lady make such a judgement perhaps she would come see things for herself. The Lady agreed and took note of the time and place. Lilyth assured her that each concern Arlin had presented in his letter would be discussed, and that a letter containing the councils concerns would be delivered in kind to be presented to Arlin.

The two Ladies said thier parting words with a mutual courtesy. Upon opening the chamber door Lord Kotare appeared. He looked to Lilyth and she flashed him a brilliant smile. Dominatria remarked on Lilyth's escort commenting "she must get one of those". Lilyth Laughed and reminded the lovely Lady she was amongst fine soldiars. No doubt should she care to have an escort many would jump at the chance to stand beside her. The ladies laughed and parted ways.

Kotare uttered a few words and the red door to Sea Reach appeared. "Race you! Lilyth said as she sprinted to the Knights Barracks. Kotare fast on her heals.
