After certain events that have transpired tonight I feel motivated to write this. Tonight I overheard that Poet will allow those responsible for brutalizing that poor merchant girl to keep coming to his tavern. This angers me greatly that such things can go on in a place that is supposedly neutral ground and allows people to be brutalized, tortured, and emotionally scarred. Due to Poets own words on allowing them to come to the tavern still two soldiers of the Army of the Frontier were attacked and thrown down by superior numbers. Darrien Church even said himself that he enjoyed brutalizing the poor merchant girl. He even had the audacity to call her a wench. All that took place in the tavern at Poets place. If he chooses to ignore this incident as well then he will be just turning a blind eye to everything. We as a people must stake a stand against this ever-coming darkness. The possibility is a real thing. Many moons ago I remember overhearing Dark Awakening members talking about the Ebon Skull and wanting to contact them. The way they talked about them it sounded quite favorable. The Dark Alliance and the Dark Age is coming. Will you just stand by and watch your home, your friends, all that you care deeply about just wither away and die? Or will you take a stand as brothers of the light and protectors of the innocent and make a stand against this darkness? The few who do stand against this darkness, will we let them stand alone? Will we not aid them in this cause? Many of you just stand around as if waiting for something. While you wait and wait they are creeping further and further and our time runs out minute by minute. The more time we waste the less time we will have to prepare. Unite brothers and sisters and join the cause against this coming darkness. Unite under one cause, one common goal. Together we are stronger where as divided and separate we are weak. People already have hatred in there hearts towards the Ebon Skull for what they have done. How can we sit by and watch those who stand against the darkness stand alone and die. We enjoy the life we have and the freedoms we have yet we do nothing to protect our selves from the coming darkness. For those of you just choose to watch and observe while other suffer and die for a common cause, I hope your dreams are filled the screams of the innocent slain each day by this darkness creeping up on us to cover all the lands. I will keep writing these till either the darkness subsides or the Ebon Skull finds and kills me them selves. I will fight them till I am dead and no longer draw breath into my lungs. Would you do the same or just watch and watch till it’s too late.

Sincerely.
A fellow brother standing against the darkness

Slowly walking around Skara Brae one morning, heading back to Umbra from purchasing 'essentials', Bailos noticed the editorial pasted on the wall of the community center.

Sheerly out of boredom, he stopped himself and backtracked to go read it. Squinting a bit to read the handwriting, he finally finished it and shrugged, simply saying and in a callous tone, "Hrmph....ok...you'll die then"

Finishing the parchment he read posted on The Hostel door, Nephi smiled and walked off to his Headquarters. He unlocked the door to his office and went straight to his book of memos and notes. He sribbled down next "shop for a new blade," "Unite and Take 'them' down"

Hummer held the parchment in his hands, staring down at the bottom of the page he finished reading it. He place it against the wall and drove a dagger through the top of it. "Many more will read this, many more will join the fight."

The knight before he had watched Vahn and Steel from the Army of the Frontier fall by uneven odds. Hummer had not stepped in to intervene, this to him felt wrong. Slightly shaking his had Hummer strood off, he quietly spoke to himself.

"Anyone to stand agains't The Ebon Skull will have my aid, sooner or later."

Naissia was returning from a little bit of training when she came across the parchment on the Drunken Dragon Door. She raised a brow first believing it was a note from her sister, informing Naissia that she had gone somewhere. As her gaze scanned briefly over the parchment, she furrowed her brow.

"How does this person expect support when he does not sign his name. What guild is he apart of, or is he a one man army?"

She says to herself in a mere whisper. She rips the parchment off of the door then turns around. She starts heading to Rufus waterfront house. It was not too far from where she was now. Once there, she sat down awaiting for Rufus to come, so she can show him the parchment.

Arlin rubbed his temples, grumbling incoherently as he poured over the flood of reports on his desk. A light knock on the door was followed by the groaning of the heavy oak door opening.

"Sir, more re-" Arlin held up his hand, and just pointed to the ever growing pile. Corporal Dan placed the report on the pile, saluted shareply, and exited the room without another sound.

Arlin glanced at the report, this one about the incident last night at Poets. He sighed again. Vahn had gotten himself into trouble it seemed. He'd need to up patrols at the Garden, and make sure none of his troops were caught there alone.

He didn't need another war. But he didn't need his troops being slain as they drank.

With that, Arlin fell back in his chair and drifted into a restless slumber.

Ditto walked into Tarothin's study, with an amused look on her face. the posting dangling in her hand.
Looking over the chess board, she carefullly chose a particular piece, picked it up, and laid the parchment on the board, replacing the piece in it's original spot, but on top of the posting.
Hopefully, he would see it soon, and take note of the placement as a personal message to him from her.

Arieus walked by the note, read it, and simply nodded.
"We shall see...."

While at the bank in Trinsic Alex notices a certain note attached to the door. He carefully takes down the note and begins to read it..

"Ah its about time someone tryed to rally the forces and get them to take note of this anicent evil that has returned. Now time will tell if this call is heard."

After reading the letter Alex takes some money from his bank box and goes off to search for a good smith realizing he may be in need of new armour soon.

A slave of the Skull quickly entered the Temple and handed Darrien The parchment while he studied a book of sorts.

Laughing lightly to himself Darrien threw up his hood and exited the Temple.

“Kal Ort Por” he uttered and vanished.
