To all Citizens of Sosaria, Malas and all the great lands. The trial of Horace Telver, a member of the Ebon Skull, will take place Sunday, the Twenty Second of August, Seven at night under the Eastern sun. All are invited to come and witness this trial. It will be held at the Yew Court in Trammel. Gates will be provided thirty minutes before the trial begins from Minoc Felucca bank. Other requests for gates should be requested through pigeon to 17969438.

Madam Rachael,

You are an official of Minoc, correct?

Why are you holding your kangaroo court in my city?

You have an issue with a member of the Order of the Ebon Skull, (who we are not certain actually exists. Caina is still a wastland and the well of souls is still dormant from my last reports of that region) for crimes comitted in Minoc, hold your trial in Minoc. If he committed crimes in Yew, we would appreciate being told the nature of these crimes he has committed, and we will investigate the matter and act appropriatly.

Be warned, if you come into my city and attempt to dole out justice, and undermine the authority of the rightful rulership of Yew, there will be serious concequences you and yours will face.

I do hope I am being perfectly clear.
