Dear Balbanes,

Today we of the Legion of Honor sat council in regards to the recent misconduct of the member known to you as Sandstone. He was charged with multiple crimes and pleaded guilty on all accounts. Due to the nature of his crimes and the attempted retribution that followed, it is our intent to present Sandstone to you personally so that you may choose his sentence as the crime committed was against your Guild member.

We also would like to extend our deepest regrets and apologies for this incident. We have taken internal measures to attempt to thwart future mishaps. It is a mystery to us why our member committed such a foul crime that brought eternal shame to our Guild. Rest assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to educate our members more stringently before they are worthy to wear out colors. We await your reply in regards to his punishment.
