Hello all,

Thought I would introduce myself. I'm a returning UO player new to Atlantic and experienced RPer looking to get back into it. I forgotten how much fun it all is and wildly more entertaining and better hobby then Netflix or Xbox. Haha.

Stopped playing UO around 2004-03, and honestly I can't even remember what shard I was on. (Chesapeake maybe Baja) Nor my former account credentials for that matter. I played a character named Bardolan.

I must say coming back after so many years made me realize that UO is still unique in a lot of ways there's really no other RPG like it. Needless to say I am addicted again and its awesome so far. I am still playing the classic client. I think it holds up amazingly after all these years and it really lends itself to the imagination. (Even if you were not an RPer, you'd still have to use your imagination a lot to enjoy the neat 2D graphics) Admittedly I am trying enhanced client every now and then as well.

So, somewhat on a whim I jumped right into a tavern night this Monday at Mazewood Tavern and it was a blast. Thanks to all those who were there. So glad to see an active community here, everyone was welcoming and very creative with a wide variety of entertaining characters.

Currently I am playing one character named Arlost. I am still fleshing out a character history, some of which I'd like to let develop in game, but basically he's a horseman who's currently working as traveling escort for nobles. He's based on, and may even actually be, my former character Bardolan, but somewhere in his travels he developed amnesia and can't recall too much. As I organize the details a bit more perhaps I'll post a character biography or story.

I'm excited to work on Arlost and a few other characters I have planned. Looking forward to enjoying the Atlantic shard. If any fellow RPers have low-skill characters and want to go riding around slaying monsters just let me know!
